When I took the Basic Pranic Healing workshop from Master Stephen Co, I learned a great many things. But none of them were more powerful than the Forgiveness practice he taught us. Even doing this for just the few minutes in the workshop had profound effects on me. So I thought I would share it with you from my notes on the practice.
- Place both of your hands together on your heart
- Visualize the person you want to forgive standing in front of you.
- Say “Namasté” to the person 3 times.
- Recite the following:
We are all children of God.
We are all in the process of evolving.
Evolution involves time, process, and lots of mistakes.
I had my share of mistakes and learned from them.
So can you. I wish you the same.
God’s peace and love be with me.
God’s peace and love be with you.
- Focus on the meng mein (the point on the back directly behind the sacral chakra), back heart (the point on the back directly behind the heart chakra), and crown.
- Take a deep breath and as you exhale, say “You are completely forgiven.” Repeat two more times.
- Now recite the following:
May you be blessed with inner healing.
May you be blessed with divine love.
May you be blessed with spiritual growth.
Namasté.
You are completely forgiven.
Go in peace.
I completely release you.
So be it.
- Now visualize a cord connecting form this person to your heart. Grab the cord and cut it three times, saying “Cut” each time.
The two day workshop with Master Co was so jam packed that in many cases we only had a few minutes to practice any of these technique. Despite that, this exercise was very intense and felt like easily a half hour. I recommend everyone give it a try.
